We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer and Plumbier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting gas safety inspections, installing boilers, and performing a wide range of gas and plumbing maintenance tasks. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct gas safety inspections and issue safety certificates in compliance with regulations and industry standards. Install, repair, and maintain boilers, ensuring efficient and safe operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot gas and plumbing issues, providing effective solutions. Perform routine maintenance on gas appliances and plumbing systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests. Keep accurate records of work carried out, including documentation for gas safety certificates and installations.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Plumbing and heating engineer Gas Safe registered with a valid license. Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing boilers and gas appliances. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

You'll assist with all things electrical, experience working within domestic and social housing previously would be ideal, Installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances, in accordance with the current IET wiring regulations and completing electrical certificates and electrical condition reports.

You will be able to work independently carrying out EICR's, board changes, able to competently record testing results, produce EIC & minor works certificates.

Role Criteria:

• A NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification

• City and Guilds 18th Edition

• Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Be a great team player as well as have the ability to work on your own initiative
